摘　　要：美国经济几十年来持续而强劲增长,得益于其整个社会旺盛不衰的创业精神和千百万家小型企业生生不息的创业活动。学习美国的创新精神,借鉴美国创业活动的成功经验,对于培养千百万具有创新精神和创业能力的高素质人才,转变经济增长方式,推进国民经济可持续发展,都具有重要而深远的意义。With the benefit of vigorous entrepreneurship spirits of the whole society and millions of small enterprises entrepreneurship activities for several decades, the economy of America has been going through a sustaining and powerful growth . With the help of successful experiences of the USA universities entrepreneurship education, it indicates very important and farreaching significance for fostering of large quantities of high-quality personnel with enterprising spirits and abilities and pushing forward the continuable development of our economy.
