摘　　要：目的探索胰岛素样生长因子（IGF—Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ）及其受体（IGF—ⅠR）在不同TNM分期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）中的表达和意义。方法对30例NSCLC中IGF—Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ、IGF—ⅠR的表达进行免疫组织化学检测，探讨其表达水平与肺癌分期的关系。结果IGF—Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ、IGF—ⅠR在30例NSCLC组织中呈现阳性表达，且表达水平与肺癌的分期密切相关．相邻分期之间IGF—Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ、IGF—ⅠR表达水平的差异有统计学意义。结论IGF—Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ、IGF—ⅠR在肺癌的恶性进展方面具有重要意义，可作为评估NSCLC进展的有价值的指标。Objective To explore the expression and significance of IGF-Ⅰ, IGF-Ⅱ, IGF-ⅠR in NSCLC of different TNM stages. Methods The expression of IGF-Ⅰ, IGF-Ⅱ, IGF-ⅠR in 30 cases of NSCLC was detected with immunohistochemical methods, and to explore the relationship between the expression of IGF-Ⅰ, IGF-Ⅱ, IGF-ⅠR and the TNM stages were analyzed. Results IGF-Ⅰ, IGF-Ⅱ, IGF-ⅠR expressions varied in different stages with significant difference between each stage（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The detection of IGF-Ⅰ, IGF-Ⅱ, IGF-ⅠR protein might be significant to evaluate the malignant potential in lung cancer,and plays certain roles in staging and prognosis evaluation.
