摘　　要：目的探讨细胞周期抑制蛋白P27^kip1在胆管癌组织中的表达及与胆管癌各项临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学链霉素抗生物素．过氧化物酶复合物法（SP法）检测43例胆管癌组织标本及20例伴慢性胆管炎的胆管壁组织中P27^kip1的表达，结合临床病理资料进行分析。结果P27^kip1在胆管癌组织中的阳性表达率为30％（13／43），而伴慢性炎性反应的胆管组织中阳性表达率为80％（16／20），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；P27^kip1蛋白表达与胆管癌的分化程度、有无淋巴结或远处转移以及临床分期显著相关（P〈0．05）。结论胆管癌中P27^kip1蛋白低表达可能与胆管癌的发生发展有关。Objective To evaluate the expression of cell cycle regulatory proteins P27^kip1 and the relation with clinicopathologic features in cholangiocarcinoma. Methods SP immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of P27^kip1 protein in 43 cases of cholangiocarcinoma and 10 cases of chronic cholangeitis tissues. Results The positive rate of P27^kip1 in cholangiocarcinoma was 30% （13/43）, which was lower than that in chronic cholangeitis 80 % （8/10）（ P 〈 0.05 ） ;the degree to the expression of P27^kip1 had a significantly correlation with poor differentiation and clinical TNM stage of cholangiocardinoma. Conclusion The decreased expression of P27^kip1 result in abnomal regulation of cell cycle,which may be associated with on set and progression of cholangiocarcinoma.
