柴芍六君子汤加味治疗肠易激综合征临床疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察柴芍六君子汤加味治疗肠易激综合征(IBS)的临床效果。[方法]75例IBS患者按2∶1比例分为治疗组50例和对照组25例。治疗组采用疏肝健脾法治疗,方剂由柴芍六君子汤加丹参、郁金、麦芽、黄连组成。对照组服用四磨汤口服液,疗程均为2周。治疗前后观察Beck焦虑量表积分值、Beck抑郁问卷积分值和中医证候积分值变化。[结果]治疗组治疗前Beck焦虑量表积分、Beck抑郁问卷积分和中医证候积分值分别为(34.08±3.19)(、20.24±1.59)、(21.26±2.00)分,治疗后分别为(14.68±3.81)(、5.38±1.52)(、3.74±1.84)分。对照组治疗前分别为(33.56±3.56)、(20.44±1.90)、(21.46±1.32)分,治疗后分别为(20.44±3.78)、(8.28±2.22)、(7.04±2.82)分。2组间及治疗前后比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。[结论]柴芍六君子汤加味和四磨汤口服液治疗IBS均可获得显著疗效,但柴芍六君子汤疗效显著优于四磨汤口服液。[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of Chaishao Liujunzi decoction on treating irritable bowel syndrome. [Methods]Seventy five patiens with IBS were devided into the treatment group and control group at the proportion of 2： 1. The patients of treatment group accepted the method of dispersing the depressed liver energy and invigorating the spleen. The prescription was composed with Chaishao Liujunzi decoction and Danshen, Yujin, Germinated Barley, Golden thread. The patients in the control group took the Decoction of Simo Tang. After two weeks of the treatment course,the scores variances of the Beck anxiety scales, Beck Depression Inventory and the traditional Chinese medicine syndromes were evaluated. [Results] Before the treatment, the scores of the Beck anxiety scales,Beck Depression Inventory and the traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of the 50 patients in the treating group were 34. 08 ± 3. 19,20. 24±1. 59, 21. 26±2. 00, while after the treatment the .scores were 14. 68±3. 81,5. 38±1.52,3. 74±1.84（ P〈0. 01 ,compared with the pretherapy ）. In the control group the scores of the Beck anxiety .scales, Beck Depression Inventory and the traditional Chinese medicine syndromes before the treatment were 33. 56±3. 56,20. 44±1.90,21.46±1.32, after the treatment the scores were 20. 44±3. 78,8. 28±2. 22,7. 04±2. 82（ P〈0. 01）. There existed obvious difference between the treatment group and the control group. [Conclusion ]Chaishao Liujunzi decoction and Decoction of Simo Tang are both effective on treating irritable bowel syndrome,but the former is better.
