摘　　要：[目的]研究昆参颗粒对诱导型胃癌模型大鼠血管内皮生成因子(VEGF)的抑制作用。[方法]用N-甲基-N-硝基-亚硝基胍(MNNG)诱导建立胃癌大鼠模型,酶联免疫吸附法及免疫组织化学法检测诱导型胃癌大鼠血浆水平及胃癌组织VEGF蛋白、VEGF mRNA的表达。[结果]昆参颗粒组可明显降低MNNG诱导的胃癌大鼠血浆VEGF水平,并能下调诱导型胃癌组织VEGF蛋白及VEGF mRNA表达。[结论]昆参颗粒对诱导型胃癌模型大鼠VEGF有明显的抑制作用。[Objeetive]To study the effect of Kunshen granule on inhibitting the expression of VEGF in rat models of gastric carcinoma induced by cancerogenic agent. [Methods]Rat models of gastric carcinoma were induced by the administration of N-methyl-N＇-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine （MNNG）. ELISA was used to measure the content of VEGF in plasma and immunohistochemistry assay was employed to observe the expression of VEGF protein and mRNA in the malignant tumor tissues. [Results] KS Granule can reduce the content of VEGF in plasma of model rats remarkably and downregulate the expression of VEGF protein and mRNA in the malignant tumor tissues. [Conclusion ]Kunshen Granule can inhibit remarkably the expression and secretion of VEGF in model rats of gastric carcinoma.
