护士在抗生素应用中的角色作用研究

摘　　要：目的了解护士在抗生素应用中的角色功能。方法对68例护理人员、31例医生进行问卷调查。问卷分5个部分,运用Likert 4点评分法,经SPSS统计软件进行分析。结果医生组、护理人员组整体认识有差异,其中执行者认识无差异,评估者、协作者、健康教育者角色认识有差异。结论护士在抗生素应用中有着重要的角色功能。Objective To find out the effect of nursing role in the application of antibiotics.Methods 68 nurses and 31 doctors were investigated with questionnaire.There were five parts in the questionnaire and likert 4 measures was used for analysis（with SPSS）.Results The doctors and nurses had obvious difference in their attitude to the nursing role in application of antibiotic.There was no significant difference in the reorganization of carry-out role between the doctors and nurses,but there were significant differences in the reorganization of the role of estimate and cooperation and health education between the doctors and nurses.Conclusions The nurse plays an important role in the application of antibiotics.
