慢性胃肠道疾病病人生存质量的调查

摘　　要：目的了解慢性胃肠道疾病病人的生存质量。方法采用消化病生存质量指数（Gastro-intestinal quality of life index,GLQI）测定112例慢性胃肠道疾病病人的生存质量值。结果112例慢性胃肠道疾病病人的GLQI指数平均分为104.2分,正常人群124.5分（P〈0.05）。上消化道疾病病人GLQI指数为102.3分,下消化道病人118.2分（P〈0.05）。病程≥10年者与病程〈10年的病人GLQI指数分别为96.6分和105.8分（P〈0.05）,上述二者之间具有显著性差异;男女病人之间GLQI指数总分差别不大,分别为103.7分和104.6分（P〉0.05）;青、中、老年3组的GLQI指数分别为98.1、106.0、103.0分,三者之间无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论慢性胃肠道疾病能使病人的生存质量明显下降。Objective To evaluate the quality of life of the patients with chronic gastrointestinal diseases.Methods 112 patients with chronic gastrointestinal diseases were investigated with gastrointestinal quality of life index（GLQI）.Results The mean GLQI score of 112 patients was 104.2,and that of normal cases was 124.5（P〈0.05）.The mean GLQI score of the patients with upper gastrointestinal diseases was 102.3,and that of the patients with lower gastrointestinal diseases was 118.2（P〈0.05）.The GLQI scores of patients whose diseases course was more than ten years or less than ten years were 96.6 or 105.8（P〈0.05）.The GLQI scores of male patients and female patients were 103.7 and 104.6 respectively（P〉0.05）.The GLQI scores of young patients and middle-aged patients and old patients were 98.1 and 106.0 and 103.0 respectively,and the differences in scores were not significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusions Chronic gastrointestinal diseases makes the patient＇s quality of life decrease.
