临床正畸托槽脱落相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的总结临床托槽脱落资料,分析造成托槽脱落原因及相关因素。方法对165例复诊正畸患者的2898个方丝弓托槽脱落情况作6～12个月的追踪观察,分析比较不同牙位及不同时间脱落率。结果1年托槽总脱落率为18.42%;不同牙位脱落率不同,其中下颌第二双尖牙脱落率最高;同名牙下颌高于上颌,后牙高于前牙。粘后第1次复诊脱落率最高,粘后前6个月高于后6个月。结论牙位及粘结时间均会影响正畸托槽脱落。Objective To analyze the related factors causing bracket bond failure, Methods A total of 2898 othodontic brackets in 165 cases were observed for 6-12 months. The failure rates in different location and time were analyzed. Results The total rate of bond failure was 18. 42% in the first year after bonding. The mandibular second premolar had the highest failure rate, and the madibular teeth and posterior teeth had higher failure rate than the maxillary teeth and anterior teeth, respectively. The failure rate during the first 6 months was higher than that during the second 6 months. Conclusion The location and the time are among the related factors for the bond failure.
