柴枳煎剂对运动障碍型功能性消化不良患者血清Gas、NO及MTL的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨柴枳煎剂治疗运动障碍型功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)的作用机制。结果:手术治疗共68例,死亡7例,其中手术治疗死亡5例,手术组中术前未出现休克患者,无死亡病例。方法:使用柴枳煎剂治疗运动障碍型FD38例,与口服吗叮啉片剂37例进行比较,观察两组治疗前后血清Gas、一氧化氮(NO)、血浆胃动素(MTL)变化情况。结果:柴枳煎剂能提高MTL水平(P<0.01),降低血清Gas(P<0.01),引起NO水平异常改变(P<0.01),其作用与吗叮啉相仿。结论:柴枳煎剂能有效治疗运动障碍型FD,可能与其调节胃肠激素分泌有关。Objective To explore the effects of chaizhijianji in treating dysmotility like functional dyspepsia（FD）. Method 38 cases with dysmotility like functional dyspepsia were treated with chaizhi decoction and 37 cases with motilium tablet served as control. Gas, NO and MTL were observed in both groups before and after treatment. Result Chaizhi decoction increased plasma motilin level （P 〈 0.01）,decreased serum gastrin level （P 〈 0.01） and got abnormal changes of NO level （P 〈 0.01）. The effect of Chaizhi decoction was similar to motilium. Conclusion The mechanism of Chaizhi decoction for dysmotility like functional dyspepsia is probably related to the regulation of secretion of gastrointestinal hormones.
