摘  要:[目的]为了解芹菜的化学成分和药理功效作初步的资料积累和进一步展开对芹菜中具有药理作用的成分的研究和筛选提供试验依据。[方法]结果表明:采取索氏和超声波2种提取方法分别对芹菜的茎、叶进行提取,运用气质联用仪对提取样品进行化学成分检测,并进一步对其药理作用进行分析。[结果]芹菜茎的超声波提取得到的化合物包含了大多数芹菜茎叶的索氏提取得到的化合物,超声波提取得到的化合物组分比索氏提取得到的组分要多。[结论]该实验所获得的组分获得了与芹菜相同的药理作用,证明了芹菜是一种具有很高药用价值和营养价值的植物,为今后对其深入研究奠定了理论基础。[ Objective] The purpose was to accumulate data preliminarily for learning chemical ingredients and pharmacological efficacy of celery and provide experimental basis for studying and screening ingredients with pharmacological effect further, [Method] 2 extraction methods of soxhlet and ultrasonic were used to extract ingredients from celery stems and leaves resp., the chemical ingredients in extracted samples were examined by using GC-MS detector, and their pharmacological effects were analyzed further. [Result] Tne compounds extracted from celery stems by ultrasonic extraction included most compounds extracted from celery stems and leaves by soxhlet extraction, and the compound components obtained by ultrasonic extraction were more than that obtained in soxhlet extraction. [Conclusion] The components obtained in the experiment had the same pharmacological effects with celery, proving that celery was a plant with very high medical and nutrition values which laid the theoretical foundation for studying it deeplyin future.
