摘　　要：本文总结了ICD—10编码的基本原则,讨论了常见错误编码的原因。规范临床诊断,提高编码员的ICD分类技能,对解决疑难编码,提高ICD分类水平有积极的推动作用,同时,对改进病历中书写质量及提高编码准确性提供了有益的建议。This paper summarizes the basic principles of coding in ICD - 10, discusses the common causes of wrong coding. It is necessary to standardize the clinical diagnosis, to improve coders＇ ability of using ICD - 10. And it is helpful to solve difficult codes and improve the understanding ICD - 10. We suggest that we should improve the documentation of the medical record and attain more accuracy of coding.
