摘  要:为了探索新的育种方法,进一步挖掘水稻产量的潜力,笔者应用自己发明的TAM诱导剂成功地诱导了水稻孤雌生殖植株,通过对其诱导后代按系谱法进行选育,获得了一批高产、优质、抗性好的水稻新品系.试验结果表明,不同的TAM施用浓度、施药时间与不同水稻品种(组合),其诱导效果各异,以100mg/L浓度处理1min为宜.试用TAM与其它多种化学试剂比较表明,TAM的诱导效果最好,可作为新的诱导剂应用于水稻育种.The parthenogenic rice plants of various rice varieties (combinations) have been successfully induced by TAM agent since 1992. The offsprings of these induced plants were developed with normal pedigree selection in 1992~1996. Many new rice lines have been bred. These lines are high yielding,good in quality and resistant to several diseases. The results showed that TAM was the most effective agent for inducing rice parthenogenesis, Concentrations and treatment time of TAM agent and rice varieties all affected the effeciency of induction. Treatment at the concenration of 100 mg/L for 1 minute was best in rice.It is necessary to uncover the mechanism of action of TAM and the genetic effects in induced progenies.
