摘　　要：论述了精密和超精密加工的范畴及加工方法，指出了加工的关健技术，对新型超精密进给机构进行了研究。It discusses the category of precision and ultra-precision machining and manufacture methods, points out the key technology of manufacture,and does research on the new type of ultra-precision feeding mechanism.
