摘 要:针对中国软件高级人才的短缺问题,论述了软件产业人才与软件专业大学生就业的关系。将霍兰德职业人格能力测验用于软件专业大学生的就业指导,意在探索一条软件产业人尽其才的新出路。提出四点主张:进行职业人格与职务类型的科学匹配;在职业准备期针对职业人格特点进行能力培养;选择跨行就业;软件产业中企业应积极投身人才培养。In view of the problem of the lack of higher software talents, the paper discusses the relationship between the talents in software industry and the employment of the students of software speciality. How to unite the two scientifically is the concern of many educational workers. This paper uses the Hollander profession - personality test for the job - hunting instructions of software graduates. The aim is exploring a new way out giving full scope to the talents in software industry. This paper puts forward four claims: the 1 st is the scientific match of professional personality and post patterns. The 2nd is the ability cultivation regarding professional character in preparing period. The 3rd is the cross - line employment. The 4th is the enterprises devoting to the talents cultivation in software industry.
