摘　　要：医学学科的文化建设是学科核心竞争力的重要内容,是学科可持续发展的关键。优秀的学科文化可促进学科的健康发展,反之亦然。学科文化建设的核心是精神文化建设。优秀的学科文化虽以学科发展的不同阶段有所不同,但其特征是一致的,至少应包括人文关爱、诚实守信、讲究规矩、谋事力成、和谐共进和淡泊名利等。Cultural construction was an important part of the core competence of a hospital department and the key to its sustainable development, An excellent department culture was conducive to the health department development. On the contrary, a bad department culture could greatly harm the department development. Spiritual culture was the core content of department culture building. Excellent department spiritual cultures differed in content in different stage but they have the same basic characters as well as humanistic, honesty, obey the rules, well behaved, good at planning and not seeking fame and gains.
