CT导向下^(125)I粒子组织间插植治疗恶性肿瘤的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:介绍CT导向下125I粒子组织间插植治疗恶性肿瘤的技术方法并评价其临床价值。方法:17例36个恶性肿瘤病灶,在CT引导下进行肿瘤内125I粒子组织间插植。首先根据影像资料,利用TPS计算出治疗肿瘤所需要125I粒子的最佳数量及分布,然后在CT导向下经皮穿刺将125I粒子植入到肿瘤内,术后2月随访。结果:CR 17个(47.2%),PR 11个(30.6%),NC 4个(11.1%),PD 1个(2.8%)。结论:CT导向下组织间植入125I粒子治疗恶性肿瘤是一种安全、可靠、疗效显著的治疗方法。Objective： To introduce the method of CT-guided ^125I seed interstitial implantation in treatment of malignant tumor and evaluate the clinical value. Methods： Thirty-six lesions in 17 patients with malignant tumor were performed CT-guided ^125I seed interstitial implantation intra-tumor. First of all, according to imaging date, the optimal quantity and distribution of ^125I seed were calculated by TPS; then the ^125I seed were percutaneous implantation under the guidance of CT, and follow-up performed 2 month after implantation. Results： CR was shown in 17 lesions （47.2%）, PR in 11 lesions （30.6%） ,NC in 4 lesions （11.1%）, PD in 1 lesion （2.8 %） o Conclusions： CT-guided ^125I seed interstitial implantation is a safe, reliable and effective curative method in the treatment of malignant tumor.
