摘  要:为了探讨信号传导子及转录激活子1在胚胎植入过程中的作用,取正常妊娠(6W^11W)人工流产子宫蜕膜组织30例,自然流产蜕膜组织30例,利用RT-PCR,原位杂交,免疫组织化学,蛋白印迹,免疫荧光化学方法对流产组与正常妊娠蜕膜中STAT1进行定性定量检测.结果表明:STAT1在正常妊娠6W^11W蜕膜表达呈逐渐降低趋势,但差异无统计学意义(p>0.05),流产组蜕膜STAT1平均表达量显著高于正常妊娠组(p<0.05).说明在自然流产子宫蜕膜组织中,STAT1高表达可能通过促进蜕膜细胞过度凋亡和抑制细胞增殖而影响胚胎正常植入,这可能是诱发流产的原因之一.To investigate the role of signal transducer and activator of transcription 1 (STAT1) in implantation, STAT1 expression of decidua samples from spontaneous abortion and normal pregnancy were analysized by RT-PCR, immunohistochemistry, in-situ hybridization, Western blotting and immunofluorescence. Results: The STAT1 expression in deciduas of normal pregnancy showed a gradual descent trend, but the difference between different gestation weeks was non-significant statistically (p〉0.05). The average expression level of STAT1 in deciduas of spontaneous abortion was markedly higher than that of normal pregnancy, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (p〈0.05). Conclusion: Lower expression of STAT1 may play an important role for implantation through participating in fitness apoptosis of decidua, and higher expression of STAT1 may induce abortion through promoting excessive apoptosis of decidua and inhibiting cell proliferation.
