摘  要:目的:探讨加载微型种植体支抗对幼犬下颌骨生长发育的影响,为儿童正畸支抗的选择及设计提供参考。方法:拔除幼犬两侧下颌第一前磨牙,在下颌尖牙远中颊侧牙槽骨植入微种植体,采用200g水平力加载于下颌尖牙及微型种植体间,对侧作为对照,采用相同大小的力加载于下颌尖牙与第一磨牙之间。在X线头颅侧位片上测量3个月后幼犬两侧牙槽骨垂直高度和下颌骨长度的变化。结果:暂时性加载的微种植体支抗牵尖牙向远中3个月后,幼犬牙槽骨高度的变化(p>0.5)及下颌骨长度的变化(0.1<p<0.2),在统计学上都没有显著性差异。结论:暂时性加载的微型钛钉种植体对幼犬牙槽骨高度及下颌骨长度的发育基本无影响。提示青少年儿童应用微型种植体作支抗具有可行性。Objective:The experiments were carried out to study whether the loaded mini-implants had effects on growing and developing of the length of mandibular and height of dento-alveolar about young dogs or not. There would be a thereunder on the choice and applyment of the micro-implant on the adolescent during orthodontic treatment. Method: For this purpose two pre-molars (lower P1)were extracted from each of the mongrel (6-7 m, 7-10 kg) dogs, While the area of extraction was healing (4 weeks), mini-implants were surgically placed into the same place which lie in the mandibular dento-alveolar at the buccal sides of mandible canine, draughted mandibular canine distally, loading 200 g. The opposite, which utilize mandible first molar to draught mandibular canine distally with the same force served as a control group. Lateral cephalograms were taken after the immediately loaded and three months later. They were measured and compared. Result: Compared the values which are measured immediately after the loaded and three months later, the changes of the height of dento-alveolar (P〉0.5)and the length of mandibula (0.1 〈 P 〈 0.2)on both sides have not the obvious diversity on statistics.Conclusion: Loaded Mini-implants have no effect on the mandible dento-alveolar development on young dogs, suggesting that the mini-implant anchorage is possible for the adolescent.
