摘  要:目的确定鹰嘴豆中总黄酮的优选超声提取工艺。方法采用正交实验法,考察溶剂量,提取次数,超声时间,溶剂浓度对提取率的影响,用分光光度标准曲线法测定含量。结果所考察的因素中,鹰嘴豆总黄酮的提取影响程度为:溶剂浓度>提取次数>溶剂量>超声时间。结论超声提取的最佳条件为:A1B3C3D3。Objective To optimize the ultrasonic extraction condition for the flavonoids from Cicer arietinum L. Methods The extraction rate of flavonoids was used as index and the experimental conditions, such as ethanol concentration , ultrasonic time, solvent quanity and extraction times was optimized by orthogonal design. UV - Spectrophotometry was used for the determination. Resuits The order of factors to affect the flavonoid extraction was ethanol concentration 〉 extraction times 〉 solvent quanity 〉 ul- trasonic time. Conclusion The optimum ultrasonic extraction are :A1B3C3D3.
