摘 要:目的蔓性千斤拔总黄酮提取工艺优选。方法以浸膏得率和总黄酮含量为评价指标,利用正交实验L9(34)考察料液比、提取时间、提取温度、提取次数4个因素对提取工艺的影响。结果蔓性千斤拔总黄酮含量的最佳水提工艺为以1∶30倍水量,于75℃条件下水提3 h,共提取3次。结论水提时间对蔓性千斤拔总黄酮的提取有较大影响。该方法工艺合理,为工业化大生产提供参考。Objective To select the maximal suitable technology of extracting total flavonoids from Radix Flemingia Philippinensis. Methods The extraction process was studied by orthogonal design with L9 (3^4). The extract yield and the total flavonoids content were evaluated as markers for the purpose. Results The optimum process was to add 1 : 30 times water, stood at 75℃ for 3 hours , decoct 3 times and 3 hours every time. Conclusion The extraction time has great influence upon the extraction of total flavonoids extracted from Radix Flemingia Philippinensis. The technology is rational as to be referential for industrialized production.
