玉米中转基因成分的定性PCR检测

摘　　要：利用改良CTAB法提取玉米产品的基因组DNA,应用PCR检测方法,并以玉米特异性内源基因IVR为内参,花椰菜花叶病毒35S启动子(CaMV35S启动子)、农杆菌胭脂碱合成酶终止子(NOS终止子)为靶基因检测玉米中是否存在转基因成分。实验结果表明,有些玉米样品中存在转基因成分,表明市场上存在未经标识的转基因玉米及其加工品。This experiment made use of the modified CTAB, carried on Mararate isolation and purification of DNA from various corn samples . Using polymerase chain reaction technology, and using the corn specific endogenous gene IVR as a reference , we could validate the amplification of DNA. If the result is positive, then We could amplify the foreign gene CaMV35S and NOS of the transgenic corn. According to the PCR results, we can determine whether the samples contain transgenic ingredients . The results show that genetic modification exists in some samples of corns which could be found in market with no permit identification.
