摘　　要：JIT是Just In Time的简称,而JITⅡ是JIT的衍生和革新。论文介绍了JIT向JITⅡ的革新,实施JITⅡ对于供需双方的显著好处,以及如何对JITⅡ合作过程进行有效的控制。JITⅡ将越来越流行,因为它充分反映出无边界企业的运作模式,革新了传统的供应链,实现了采购供应合作双方的共赢。JIT is the abbreviation of Just In Time,and JIT Ⅱ derves from JIT and is the innovation of it.The paper introduces why JIT Ⅱ is the innovation of JIT,the obvious advantages JIT Ⅱ brings to both supply and demand sides,and how to control the cooperation of JIT Ⅱ effectively.JIT Ⅱ will become more and more prevalent,because is is one kind of operation model of borderless enterprise and the innovation of traditional supply chain,and realizes win-win of both supply and demand sides.
