广东省某高校职工亚健康状态脾气虚证的临床表现分析

摘　　要：目的研究亚健康状态常见中医证候脾气虚证的证候特征。方法采用现场调查的方法对参加体检的职工发放亚健康调查表,将合格问卷录入Epidata3.02,然后运用SPSS11.5进行统计学分析。结果706例亚健康状态患者中判断为脾气虚证者76例,占亚健康状态总数的10.8%。亚健康脾气虚证的主要临床表现有疲倦乏力、食欲不振、少气懒言、大便稀溏、容易感冒、容易出汗、腹痛、反应迟钝、腹胀、恶风怕冷等。进一步应用因子分析显示其主要证候特征为:①气虚表现(主要为疲倦乏力、少气懒言等);②脾胃症状(主要为食欲不振、腹胀、腹痛、大便稀溏等);③体质虚(表现为平素容易感冒、容易出汗、恶风怕冷等);④舌淡,脉细弱。结论脾气虚证为亚健康状态的常见证候之一,其临床特点以气虚表现、脾胃症状、体质虚及舌淡、脉细弱为主。Objective To study the clinical manifestations of spleen-QI deficiency in workers with sub-health status. Method An on-spot questionnaire type investigation was conducted in a medical college, Guangdong. The data were stored in the Epidata3.02 database and analyzed using the SPSS11.5 software. Result A total of 706 subjects with sub-health status were analyzed. 76 subjects （10.8%） were diagnosed with spleen-QI Deficiency. The major clinical manifestations of spleen-QI deficiency in these patients are tiredness and weakness, anepithymia, weak breathing, unwilling to talk, thin stool, frequently catching a cold and diaphoresis, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, and aversion to wind. Further analysis indicated that the major symptoms were.： （1） Deficiency of vital energy （tiredness and weakness, weak breathing, and unwilling to talk）; （2） Spleen and stomach symptom （anepithymia, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, and thin stool）; （3） Physique state （easy to catch a cold, diaphoresis, aversion to wind etc.）; （4） Pale tongue and feeble pulses. Conclusion Spleen-QI deficiency is one of the common syndromes of sub-health status. The major chnical characteristics are the deficiency of vital energy, showing the spleen and stomach symptoms, physique state, pale tongue and feeble pulses.
