乳腺癌C-erbB-2的表达与淋巴结转移的关系及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨C-erbB-2蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达与淋巴结转移及其预后意义。方法采用免疫组化方法(二步法)检测83例乳腺癌组织中C-erbB-2蛋白的表达。结果83例乳腺癌组织中C-erbB-2阳性表达48例,阳性率57.83%,有淋巴结转移阳性表达占69.81%(37/53),无淋巴结转移阳性表达占36.67%(11/30),两者相比有显著性差异(χ2=7.32,P<0.05);C-erbB-2阳性者与阴性相比,3年生存率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论C-erbB-2阳性表达在乳腺癌淋巴结转移中起到一定的作用,可作为拟定术后较合理治疗方案及判断乳腺癌预后的一个重要指标。Objective To investigate the correlation between expression of C - erbB2 protein and the metastasis of lymph node in breast cancer and its prognosis. Methods Immunohistochemical method （Two - step method） was applied to detect the expression of C - erbB2 protein in breast cancer. Results Out of 83 cases with breast cancers, 48 cases showed positive expression with the general positive rate of 57.83%. The positive rate was 69.81% （37/53） in group with positive lymph node metastasis, while only 36.67% （ 11/ 30 ） in nonlymph node metastasis group. There was statistical difference （ χ^2 = 7.32, P 〈 0.05）. Also, the 3 -year survival rate showed significant difference between C -erbB -2 positive expression group and negative group. Conclusions The positive expression of C - erbB - 2 plays a role in lymph node metastasis and can become an important index in judging the prognosis of breast cancer and deciding reasonable treatment program after operation.
