摘  要:本试验旨在研究日粮中添加4.0%α-亚麻酸(ALA)对罗曼粉壳蛋鸡生产性能和乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(ACC)酶活和基因表达的影响。试验设2个处理,基础日粮(对照组)和添加4.0%ALA日粮,每个处理组设5个重复,每个重复10只24周龄罗曼粉壳蛋鸡。试验期28d。结果表明:①添加ALA可提高蛋重,降低料蛋比;第28天ACC活力下降(P<0.01);②日粮添加4.0%ALA组第14天ACC基因表达下降33.99%(P<0.01)。添加ALA可提高蛋鸡生产性能,ALA对产蛋鸡脂质代谢的调节与降低ACC基因表达和酶活有关。In this study, a single-factorial design was employed to explore the effects of supplementing 4.0% α-inolenic acid (ALA) in diets on the performance, acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACC) enzyme activity and mRNA expression of laying hens. The levels of α-linolenic acid were 0.0% (the control group) and 4.0% respectively. Each treatment had 5 replicates. Each replicates 10 hens of 24 weeks old. The duration of the study was 28 days. The results showed that supplementation of 4.0% α-linolenic acid increased the egg weight but decreased the ratio of feed intake to egg weight. The ACC activity was significantly decreased on the 28th day(P〈0.01), mRNA expression was significantly decreased by 33.99% on the 14th day (P〈0.01). It was concluded that ALA supplementation could improve laying performance and the mechanism of ALA on regulating the metabolism of lipids which was associated with the decrease of activity and mRNA expression of ACC.
