摘　　要：目的探讨精神科不同年资护士的心理健康状况及个性特征。方法以从事精神科护理工作5年为界,将51名精神科护士分为高年资组和低年资组,采用症状自评量表和艾森克人格特征问卷进行评定并比较。结果症状自评量表测定显示低年资组护士总体心理健康水平高于高年资组护士;艾森克人格特征测定显示高年资组护士在神经质、内、外倾向、精神质3个分量表总标准平均分均高于低年资组护士,高年资组护士人格特征明显内倾不稳定。结论长期从事精神科工作的护士存在不同程度的焦虑、抑郁、躯体化症状和个性的不稳定,心理健康水平低。Objective To investigate the mental health status and personality features in psychiatric nurses with different working years. Methods Fifty one psychiatric nurses were divided into senior group （ ≥ 5 years） and junior group （ 〈 5 years） according to their working years. They were investigated with the Symptom Checklist 90 （ SCL - 90） and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire （EPQ）. Results The result of SCL - 90 showed that the mental health status in junior group was significantly better than that of senior group. The scores of the three subscales of Eysenck Personality Questionnaire （Neuroticism, Introversion -extroversion and Psychoticism） were higher in the senior group than that of junior group. The nurses in the senior group showed obvious Introversion - instability personality. Conclusion The senior psychiatric nurses show different levels of anxiety,depression,somatization and instable personality,which in- dicate low level of mental health.
