摘　　要：随着我国改革开放力度的加大和对外贸易额的增加,我国法律的英译工作就显得日益重要。为了提高法律翻译实践的水平,帮助译者准确地翻译法规条文,法律翻译的研究工作显得同样迫切和重要。逻辑对翻译实践的指导作用已在学者们之间讨论多年,然而,将逻辑用于指导法律翻译实践的研究却十分鲜见。Laws are concerned with imposing obligations or conterring rights. 10 prevent man from looking for loopholes to avoid liability or prevent man from wanting to twist the meaning of words for his own interests, accuracy should be a paramount feature in the course of translating legal document. This paper will make efforts to describe the successful application of logic to legal translation to help obtain accurate translation.
