摘  要:目的:从花椒的种子即椒目中分离和纯化α-亚麻酸,鉴定化学结构并进行含量测定。方法:椒目粗粉采用皂化、酸化、梯度冷冻、尿素包合及硝酸银络合等步骤分离和纯化不饱和脂肪酸,并用HPLC测定α-亚麻酸含量,鉴定结构。结果:提取样品中α-亚麻酸的含量为91.6%-95.2%;结构为9,12,15-十八碳三烯酸(z,z,z-9,12,15-octadecatrienoic acid),全顺式,非共轭立体构型,分子式为C18H30O2。结论:本研究从废弃资源椒目中提取分离得到高纯度α-亚麻酸,因此,椒目是α-亚麻酸的良好资源。Objective :To extract and purify α-linoleic geani,viz Semen Zanthoxyli Bungeani,to identify the chemical acid from the seeds of Pericarpium Zanthoxyli Bunconstitution and determine the contents. Methods: Semen Zanthoxyli Bungeani coarse powder was processed by saponification, acidification, gradient freezing, urea clathration and becoming argent nitrate complex. Finally,the highly purified α-linoleic acid was obtained. The contents were assayed by HPLC, and the structure was identified. Results:The content of α-linoleic acid was in the range of 91.6% - 95.2%. The structure was identified to be z,z,z-9,12,15 octadecatrienoic acid. The formula was C18H30O2. Conclusion:The pure α-linoleic acid was obtained from Semen Zanthoxyli Bungeani. Semen Zan- thoxyli Bungeani is a new resource of α-linoleic acid.
