摘　　要：体育仲裁必须追求效益价值。在公正性一致的前提下,体育仲裁必须以比诉讼花费更低的成本在社会众多冲突救济机制中取得独特地位。体育仲裁规范必须具有统一性。体育仲裁也应实行"或裁或审、一裁终局"制度,并建立科学有效的时效和期间制度。Sports arbitration must emphasize the value of effectiveness. The procedure must cost lower, under the principles of justness, than that in lawsuit . Only in this way can it stand out among numerous conflict remedies. In addition, it must have unified regulations and should carry out the system that settles a dispute by arbitration or adjudication, and that the arbitration award is final. Meanwhile, it is necessary to set up the scientific and effective prescription system and term system.
