摘 要:为研制新型的阻力服装,探讨水中阻力衣的训练效果,评价水中阻力衣的力量训练方法,为水中阻力衣力量训练提供理论和实践依据。本文采用文献资料、实验法和数理统计等研究方法,通过对三名男子游泳运动员在不穿阻力衣和穿不同型号的阻力衣两种不同情况下的对比分析。结果表明:阻力衣的阻力兜全身分布比较均匀,与以往的阻力衣和其他阻力装置有了较大的改进,尤其运动员穿阻力衣游进,不破坏运动员的技术动作,运动员在中袋和小袋阻力衣的游进技术节奏与比赛专项技术节奏比较接近,有利于专项的速度力量的提高。The purpose of this research is to help produce new resistant swimming suit, to evaluate the effectiveness of resistant swimming suit, to evaluate the resistant swimming suit method, and to develop theoretical and practical arguments for resistant swimming suit training. The research employed methods of documentation, experiment, statistics to analyze the difference in different situation of un-resistant suit and different styles of resistant suit on three male athletes. The results show that the equally distributed resistant bags, which is a significant improvement from the past, give athletes more advanced training. This is because that when swimming, the resistant suit does not intervene the technical action of the athlete. In addition, athletes wearing suits with middle-bags' or small-hags have the similar technical rhythm as the race rhythm. The new resistant suit is beneficial for the improvement of power for athletes.
