摘　　要：在道家自然主义教育看来,体育课堂管理应是一种"无为而治"的过程。课堂管理顺应学生的天性,尊重学生的个性,发挥学生的主体性,培养学生自主、自律的精神,力避对学生过多的束缚和过度的控制。就体育课堂管理实施"无为而治"的特征、策略等进行了初步探讨。With the view of Taoist nature education, Sport class administration should be a process of Actionless governance. Class administration shoed humor the nature of students, respect the personality of students, exert the subject of students, bring up students＇ spirit of self-determination and self-disciphne, try to avoid giving students too much cor4 and control.This paper takes an discuss about the character and strategy of Actionless governance in Sport Class.
