“生命网”全面干预心脑血管疾病危险因素,降低脑卒中风险  

Decreasing the risk of stroke through the intervention of the risk factors in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease by "Heart care network "

摘　　要：目的探讨"生命网"疾病管理对患者10年脑卒中发生率的影响。方法观察入网患者的药物治疗率、血压、血脂达标率以及10年脑卒中发生率。结果新入网、第1次、第2次和第3次随访的他汀药物治疗率分别为54.47%、83.79%、73.33%和85.72%,抗血小板药物治疗率分别为78.05%、84.62%、87.50%和100%,收缩压/舒张压达标率分别为63.44%/79.93%、56.34%/76.06%、60.00%/70.37%和64.29%/66.67%,LDL-C达标率分别为51.50%、61.11%、40.00%和66.67%;新入网、随访6个月的患者10年脑卒中发生率男性为29.79±18.73和20.12±9.38(P=0.0001),女性为31.18±21.83和19.58±9.77(P=0.0006)。结论"生命网"有效干预心脑血管疾病危险因素,降低脑卒中风险。Objective To discuss the effect of＂Heart care network＂ disease management on the incidence rate of stroke in ten years. Methods Observation the treatment rate of drugs ,the control rate of hypertension and hyperlipidemia and the incidence rate of stroke in ten years in HCN patients. Results Results showed the treatment rate of statin drugs were 54.47%, 83.79%, 73.33% and 85.72% respectively; the treatment rate of antiplatelet drugs were 78.05%, 84.62%, 87.50% and 100% respectively; the control rate of SBP/DBP were 63.44%/79.93%, 56.34%/76. 06%, 60. 00%/70. 37% and 64. 29%/66. 67% respectively; the control rate of LDL-C were 51.50%, 61.11%, 40.00% and 66.67 % respectively at new in HCN, first, second and third follow-up time. The incidence rate of stroke in ten years were 29.79 ±18 and 20. 12 ±9.38 （ men P = 0. 0001 ）, 31.18 ±21.83 and 19.58 ±9.77 （women P = 0. 0006） at new in HCN and the sixth month. Conclusion The intervention of risk factors in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease by HCN are effective, so it can decrease the risk of stroke.
