摘  要:目的:探讨含NURR1基因的腺病毒(Ad-NURR1)旁分泌效应对C17.2神经干细胞分化的影响。方法:用Western blot检测Ad-NURR1 nurr1蛋白分泌,以旁分泌试验检测nurr1蛋白对神经干细胞分化的影响。结果:Western blot证实Ad-NURR1表达的nurr1蛋白可分泌到细胞外上清内,并可明显促进神经干细胞向神经元方向分化。结论:nurr1蛋白可分泌到细胞外并能促进神经干细胞分化。Objective..To study the paracrine effect of adenovirus with NURR1 gene (Ad-NURR1) on differentiation of C17.2 neural stem cells. Methods:Nurrl protein excreted by Ad-NURR1 was probed by Western blot- ting. Differentiation of C17.2 cells induced by Nurrl protein was tested by paracrine trials. Result: Nurrl protein could be secreted into supernatant of C17.2 cells to enhance them to differentiate into neurons. Conclusion: Nurrl protein can be excreted and could induce differentiation of C17.2 cells.
