摘　　要：目的：观察光量子液疗（ＵＬＩ）对脑缺血再灌注模型花生四烯酸代谢的影响，探讨其治疗脑缺血机制。方法：制作兔脑缺血再灌注模型，分成ＵＬＩ组、液体组和假手术对照组，分别检测血与脑组织中血栓素Ｂ２（ＴＸＢ２）和６－酮－前列腺素Ｆ１α（６－ｋｅｔｏ－ＰＧＦ１α），计算ＴＸＢ２／６－ｋｅｔｏ－ＰＧＦ１α比值。结果：液体组ＴＸＢ２，６－ｋｅｔｏ－ＰＧＦ１α及ＴＸＢ２／６－ｋｅｔｏ－ＰＧＦ１α比值均较假手术组显著增高，而ＵＬＩ组ＴＸＢ２和ＴＸＢ２／６－ｋｅｔｏ－ＰＧＦ１α比值则较液体组降低。结论：减少ＴＸＢ２生成，降低ＴＸＢ２／６－ｋｅｔｏ－ＰＧＦ１α比值是ＵＬ１治疗脑缺血可能的机制。Objective: To observe the effects of ultroviolet liquid irradiation(ULI) on the metabolism of arachidonic acid in rabbits following cerebral ischemia reperfusion and explore the therapeutic mechanism of ULI on cerebral ischemia.Methods: We made the models of cerebral ischemia reperfusion in rabbits and divided them into 3 groups,including sham operate control group,simple solution group and ULI group.Then we measured the level of TXB 2,6 keto PGF 1α and the ratio of TXB 2/6 keto PGF 1α in the brain tissue and serum.Results: TXB 2,6 keto PGF 1α and the ratio of TXB 2/6 keto PGF 1α in simple solution group were much higher than in sham operate group.TXB 2 and the ratio of TXB 2/6 keto PGF 1α in ULI group were lower than those in simple solution group.Conclusion: It seemed to be a therapeutic machenism for ULI to reduce the level of TXB 2 and decrease the ratio of TXB 2/6 keto PGF 1α.
