豫医无毛小鼠末梢血T淋巴细胞酯酶染色法的观察

摘　　要：目的：观察豫医无毛小鼠Ｔ淋巴细胞及其亚群与正常昆明小明鼠有无差异。方法：用α醋酸萘酯酶法（ＡＮＡＥ）对豫医无毛小鼠进行了末梢血Ｔ淋巴细胞及其亚群的观察。结果：１月龄和２月龄豫医无毛小鼠Ｔ淋巴细胞总数和Ｔ抑制细胞数无显著差异，Ｔ辅助细胞数高于正常昆明小鼠，但６月龄无毛小鼠与正常昆明小鼠Ｔ淋巴细胞及其亚群无明显差异。结论：豫医无毛小鼠６月龄后Ｔ淋巴细胞及其亚群趋于正常，与正常昆明小鼠无显著差异。Objective: The purpose of this study is to observe whether there is any difference between the T lymphocytes of Yuyi hairless mice and those of the normal Kunming mice. Methods: By using alpha naphthyl acetate esterase staining.Results: The level TLC and sup pressor T cells (Ts) in one month and two months old Yuyi hairless mice were normal.The level of the peripheral helper T cells(Th)in one month and two months old Yuyi hairless mice was obvioualy higher than that in the normal Kunming mice. Conclusion: TLC,Th and Ts of six months old Yuyi hairless mice were normal.
