摘 要:生产中发现原本板形良好的镀锌后带钢,经过卷取成卷运至下道工序(彩涂)再开卷后,带钢边部出现了严重的密集边浪,使带钢因无法涂层而成废次品.通过现场实测分析和运用逐层迭代法对卷取过程中带钢弹性变形行为解析求解,以及定量研究钢卷卷取层数、卷取张力、带钢厚度和板廓负凸度等因素对带钢在卷取状态下的应力场和位移场的影响,揭示出产生这一现象的力学背景.以解析分析结果和现场实测结果为依据,提出了卷取工艺参数的改进方案并投入生产使用,彻底消除了卷取过程产生的带钢边部板形缺陷,使机组的产品板形质量和成材率明显提高.The closepacked edge wave appears in the process of payingoff (color coating line) after coiling process in continuous galvanizing line, and the uncoated area on the edge makes the strip out of use. By measuring the spot and analytically calculating the plastoclastic deformation of the strip in coiling process using the iteration of layer by layer, the effects of the number of coiling layers, coiling tension, strip thickness and minus crown on the stress field and displacement field of the strip in coiling process were quantitative studied, and the mechanism of generating this phenomenon was revealed. Based on the analytical results and measured data, the coiling technological parameters was modified, the defect of edge buckling generated in coiling process was effectively controlled, and the up-to-standard rate of products was markedly upgraded.
