摘　　要：目的:观察Ho:YAG激光治疗睑缘病损的临床疗效。方法:采用Ho:YAG激光对992例睑缘病损进行治疗,观察其疗效。结果:所有病例均一次治愈。Ho:YAG激光治疗具有手术时间短、痛苦小、无出血、无疤痕形成等优点。结论:Ho:YAG激光治疗睑缘病变疗效令人满意、安全可靠。Objective： To investigate the clinical effectiveness of Ho：YAG Laser on treating palpbral margin neoplasms. Methods： Ho：YAG Laser was performed on 922 cases of palpebral margin neoplasms, and the clinical effect was analyzed retrospectively. Results： All the cases were cured （100%） successfully only by once with well healing. None of the patients had obvious cicatrization after treatment with the advantages of shorter operation hours, little pain, no bleeding during the procedure. Conclusion： Ho：YAG Laser is a safe and effective method to treat the palpebral margin neoplasms.
