摘　　要：本文通过引入"自我意识"这一概念分析小说中两位黑人女孩的不同命运,指出在白人强势文化冲击下,黑人通过家庭的呵护可以帮助孩子避免白人文化的浸染,并在逆境中健康成长。The thesis introduces the concept self - consciousness to analyze the key reason of the two black girls＇ different fates in the novel, it indicates that the black can help their children avoid the white culture in-filtration by love under the shock of strong white culture, and encourages their children to grow up healthily in adverse circumstances.
