摘　　要：目的研究安氏Ⅰ类双颌前突患者拔牙矫治前后的软组织变化,为临床诊断、设计及预测矫治后的软组织侧貌提供依据。方法对26例安氏Ⅰ类双颌前突患者拔牙矫治前后的9项软组织指标进行对比,通过配对t检验来分析治疗后软组织侧貌的变化。结果矫治后大部分软组织测量指标的改变均有统计学意义,鼻唇角(Cm-Sn-Ls)变大5.1°,面凸角(N′-Sn-Pg′)变小3.3°,上唇角(LsSn-SN)变小3.9°,下唇角(LiSi-SN)变大3.5°,上唇厚度(U1-Ls)变大1.8 mm,下唇厚度(Li-L1)变大1.7 mm,上唇至E线的距离(Ls-E)平均减小3.6 mm,下唇突点至E线的距离(Li-E)平均减小4.7 mm,与矫治前相比具有显著性差异,颏部厚度(Pos-Po)无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论拔牙矫治后患者软组织侧貌改善明显。Objective To study the changes in soft - tissue profile after orthodontic treatment with teeth extraction in class Ⅰ bimaxillary protrusion patients. Methods In 26 patients with class Ⅰ bimaxillary protrusion, 9 soft tissue controls were compaired before and after orthodontic treatment to evaluate the changes in soft tissue profile with paired t - test. Results Most measurements changed statistically. N＇ - Sn - Pg＇ and LsSn - SN respectively decreased by3.3°and 3.9°, Cm - Sn - Ls and LiSi - SN respectively increased by 5.1° and 3.5° ; Ls - E and Li - E respectively decreased by 3.6 mm and 4.4 mm, U1 - Ls increased by 1.8 mm, Li - L1 increased by 1.7 ram; there were no statistically changes in Pos - Po（ P 〉0.05） Conclusion Soft - tissue profiles are improved significantly after orthodontic treatment with teeth extraction.
