珍珠滴丸药效学及急性毒性实验研究

摘　　要：目的 研究珍珠滴丸的抗炎镇痛作用，并观察珍珠滴丸的急性毒性试验。方法 采用醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加模型、二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀模型，观察珍珠滴丸的抗炎作用；采用热板法测定小鼠的痛阈、醋酸诱发的小鼠扭体反应，观察珍珠滴丸的镇痛作用。结果 珍珠滴丸能显著抑制醋酸所致小鼠毛细血管通透性增加和二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀；明显提高小鼠的痛阂，减少醋酸致小鼠扭体次数，且无急性毒性反应。结论 珍珠滴丸有显著的抗炎镇痛作用，临床应用安全。Objective： To study the main pharmacodynamics of Pearl Dripping Pills, and to ooserve its acute toxicity. Methods： Anti-inflammatory action was observed by the methods of capillary permeability increase induced by acetic acid and auricle swelling induced by dimethylbenzene in mice. Pain threshold of mice determined with hot-plate test and the response of writhes induced by acetic acid were studied to observe the analgesic effects of Pearl Dripping Pills. Results： Pearl Dripping Pills significantly inhibited the capillary permeability induced by acetic acid, dimethylbenzene- induced auricle swelling： and obviously increased mice＇s pain threshold, reduced the times of wrich induced by acetic acid. The pills had no acute toxic reaction. Conclusion： Pearl Dripping Pills has notable effects of anti- inflammation and significant analgetic effects, and is safe for clinical use.
