复明医疗队短期集中小切口非超声乳化白内障手术的临床分析

摘　　要：目的：讨论复明医疗队集中开展小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除联合后房型人工晶状体植入术的体会,并评价手术效果。方法：于2007年8月7-22日集中实施79例小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入。结果：出院时视力≥0.3者占69.7%,≥0.5者占41.7%,术后1个月裸眼或矫正视力≥0.5者占77.2%,≥0.8者占44.3%。结论：小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术有效、安全、简便、经济,适宜于白内障复明医疗队和基层医院开展。Objective： To investigate the effect and clinical value of small incision non-phacoemulsification extra-capsular cataract extraction and IOL implantation. Methods： From 7 to 21 in August, 2007, 79 eyes were performed with small incision non-phacoemulsification extra-capsular cataract extraction, then implanted posterior chamber intraoculars. Results： The days of leaving hospital, the vision was ≥0. 3 in 69.7% patients, ≥0.5 in 41.7% patients. One month after operation,the vision or corrected vision was≥ 0.5 in 77.2% patients, ≥0.8 in 44.3% patients. Conclusions： Small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery and IOL implantation was effective, safe, simple and economical. It is suitable for short-term prevention blindness medical team to treat cataract patients in countryside.
