摘 要:以玉米淀粉为基质,制备了经有机硅氧烷修饰的带有NH2基团的淀粉-铝-硅复合物。通过高温煅烧(850℃)的方法测定了淀粉-Al2O3复合物中Al2O3的百分含量为9.49%(w/w)。然后通过扫描电子显微镜对杂化材料的形貌和表面结构进行观察,并研究了淀粉-铝-硅复合物对水溶液中Cu2+的吸附性能。从SEM照片可以看出,该复合物的比表面积较天然玉米淀粉增大,颗粒之间的致密程度加深。该复合物对水溶液中的Cu2+具有较高的吸附容量和较快的吸附速率。当Cu2+浓度为0.018mol/L,温度为75℃、吸附2 h后吸附容量和吸附率分别达到295.5 mg/g,51.3%。这说明该复合物在污水净化处理方面有很好的应用前景。By reaction of corn starch substrate with aluminium iso - propoxide and triethoxy - aminopropylsilane, a starch - Al - Si composite containing amino groups was prepared. The quantity of aluminium oxide was determined by the method of calcination, and an oxide content of 9.49% (w/w) was obtained. The morphology of the composite was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The SEM image of the aluminium iso - propoxide - coated starch shows that the specific surface area of the composite is increased. The adsorption behavior of the composite toward Cu^2+ in aqueous solutions was determined. The effects of the temperature and metal ionic concentration of the solution and adsorption time on the adsorption capacity were investigated. Results show that the starch - Al - Si composite has high adsorption capacity and rapid adsorption rate for Cu^2 + The optimum conditions for the adsorption are as follows: concentration of Cu^2+ , time, temperature are 0.018 mol/L, 120 rain ,75℃, respectively. Under the optimum conditions, the adsorption capacity and the adsorption rate are around 295.5 mg/g and 51.3%, respectively. This composite would find wide applications in waste water treatment in future.
