摘　　要：和谐大学文化的特征表现为和而不同的价值取向,和谐发展的目标定位,和合相应的制度体系,和协有序的调适机制,和睦相处的人际关系,和雅共生的文化互动,和美交融的校园环境,和实生辉的办学特色。和谐大学文化的建构方略是坚持以人为本与全面协调的价值取向,确立特色鲜明与统筹兼顾的目标定位,建立刚柔相济与法德并重的制度体系,营造内和外顺与软硬结合的环境文化,实现理念提升与实践创新的良性互动。The Features of harmonious college culture are embodied by diversified but reconciled values orientation, sustainable development targets, harmonious institutional system, orderly regulating mechanism, harmonious human relations, multiple cultural interactions, beauteous campus environments and effective school running characteristics. The strategy of harmonious college culture construction should be adamant to people-oriented and comprehensive developing values orientation. ascertaining the dual targets that are individual and common, establishing the institutional system that emphasizes law and ethics simultane- ously, fostering environmental culture that is harmonious inside and outside. Implementing the principles as above, a college or university can achieve the improvement not only in idea but in practice as well.
