硒防治老年性白内障的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察口服含硒药物对老年性白内障患者视力的影响。方法：硒治疗组５１例（１０２只眼）老年性白内障口服硒宝康，每日１００μｇ。对照组２５例（５０只眼）老年性白内障患者不服含硒药物。两组患者均每周检查一次，共观察３～６个月。结果：治疗组患者血硒含量比对照组明显增高（Ｐ＜０．００１）。治疗组视力增进２行或以上者的构成比高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：硒在改善早期老年性白内障患者视力方面是有效的。OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of selenium in visual acuity of the patients with senile cataract. METHODS: Fifty one patients(102 eyes) treated with selenium (xikangbao), they took orally 100μg one day in the treatment group. Twenty five patients(50 eyes) with senile cataract were observed, they did not take orally selenium in the control group. The patients were examined once a week. The duration was from 3 months to 6 months. RESULTS: The content of blood selenium was markedly higher in the treated group than in the control group ( P <0.001 ). Constituent ratio of visual acuity improved to 2 lines or more was higher in treated group than in control(P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Selenium may was effect in improvement of visual acuity of the patients with earlier senile cataract.
