摘 要:以明胶和硝酸亚铈为原料,在水溶液体系中制备了明胶铈配合物,并采用红外光谱对配合物的结构进行了表征。通过定性实验证明了配合物的抑菌性,系统研究了明胶铈配合物浓度和体系pH对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制率的影响规律及其抑菌持久性。结果表明,明胶铈配合物具有良好的抑菌功能,且抑菌活性随配合物浓度的升高而增加,配合物的抑菌效果在48h内基本保持不变。A new complex of Ce( Ⅲ ) with gelatin has been prepared in aqueous solution and its structure characterized by FT-IR. The antimicrobial activity of the complex was determined by qualitative analysis using Staphylococcus aureus. The effect of varying concentration and pH value on the inhibitory ratio and the endurance of antibacterial activity of the complex were investigated. The Ce( Ⅲ )-gelatin complex showed excellent antimicrobial activity, particularly at high concentration. Furthermore, the antimicrobial activity of the complex was sustained for 48 h. There should be many potential applications of such a gelatin-based biomaterial with high antimicrobial activity.
