摘 要:探讨了粮谷中2,4,5-三氯苯氧基乙酸(2,4,5-涕)、二氯喹啉酸(快杀稗)、3-异丙基-(1H)-苯并-2,1,3-噻二嗪-4-酮-2,2-二氧化物(灭草松)、3—6-二氯-2甲样机苯甲酸(麦草威)、2-甲基氯苯氧乙酸(2甲4氯)5种酸性除草剂的残留量的测定方法。采用溶剂加速萃取技术(ASE)和CLNpakEV-2000柱和CLNoakEV—G柱对样品进行凝胶渗透萃取、净化,并用DB-5MS(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm)柱,以GC—MSD—SIM方式进行分析,5种除草剂的在0.01~0.50μg/g添加范围内的回收率为92.59%~101.16%,相对标准偏差为0.6%~4.2%,检出限为0.01~0.02μg/g,该方法完全能满足残留检测要求。To determine the herbicide residues, includng 2,4,5 - T, Dicamba, MCPA, Bentazone, and Quinclorac in cereal grains, the herbicides in grain samples were extracted by accelerating solvent extraction (ASE) with columns CLNpak EV- 2000 and CLNpak EV- G., and the separation was performed on a DB- 5MS column (30m× 0.25 mm× 0.25 μm) with GC - MS- SIM for the detection. The analysis results show that the herbicide recoveries from the grain samples spiked with the five herbicides at level range of 0.01 - 0.50μg/g are from 92.59% to 101.16%, with relative standard deviations from 0.6% to 4.2%, and the detection limits are 0.01 - 0.02 μg/g. It is indicated that the method can well meet the requirements for simultaneous determination of the herbicides in cereal grains.
