摘　　要：目的:研究IGFBP-2、IGF-1和PCNA在胃癌组织中的表达,探讨其与胃癌临床病理学特征的关系及意义。方法:用免疫组织化学SP法检测60例胃癌患者肿瘤组织和40例正常胃黏膜组织中IGFBP-2、IGF-1和PCNA的表达水平。结果:(1)IGFBP-2、IGF-1和PCNA在胃癌组织中的表达率显著高于在正常胃黏膜组织中的表达(P<0.01)。(2)IGFBP-2、IGF-1和PCNA在有淋巴结转移胃癌中的表达显著高于无淋巴结转移胃癌(P<0.05)。(3)IGFBP-2和IGF-1在胃癌组织中的表达具有明显正相关(P<0.01)。(4)PCNA的表达率在IGFBP-2和IGF-1阳性胃癌中的表达显著高于C-erbB-2阴性的胃癌(P<0.01)。结论:胃癌组织中IGFBP-2水平的升高可能增强IGF-1的表达,两者通过促进肿瘤细胞的增殖与胃癌的发生发展和浸润转移有关。Objective：To investigate the expression of IGFBP-2, IGF-1 and PCNA in gastric carcinoma as well as the correlation between its expression and clinical pathological characteristics. Methods： The expression of IGFBP-2, IGF-I and PCNA in 60 cases of the gastric carcinomas and 40 cases of the normal gastric mucosa tissue with the immunohistochemical technique（SP method） were examined. Results： （1） The positive rate of IGFBP-2, IGF-1 and PCNA in gastric carcinomas was higher than that in the normal gastric mucosa tissue （P〈0.01）. （2） The positive percentage of IGFBP-2, IGF-1 and PCNA was statistically higher in gastric carcinomas with metastasis in lymph node than those without metastasis in lymph node（P〈0.05）. （3） The expression of IGFBP-2 in gastric carcinomas was positive correlation with that of IGF-1 （P〈0.01）. （4） The expression of PCNA was significantly higher in IGFBP-2 and IGF-1 positive cases than in IGFBP-2 and IGF-1 negative ones（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The higher level of IGFBP-2 may enhance the over expression of IGF-1. IGFBP-2 and IGF-1 may be involved in carcinogenesis and progression and metastasis of gastric carcinoma by promoting cell proliferation.
