摘 要:针对至今尚未取得突破性进展的CO2焊接问题,提出了用短路模糊控制对其进行在线实时控制。根据短路模糊控制的要求,建立了CO2逆变弧焊整流器和短路模糊控制硬件系统;按照Fuzy控制理论和大量CO2焊接工艺实验结果,对短路模糊控制系统进行了软件设计;应用短路模糊控制系统,对碳钢CO2焊接进行了研究。Aimed at the CO 2 welding problem that isn′t made a breakthrough in the field of the welding technology yet,short circuiting fuzzy control method is put forward to realize real time control on line in CO 2 welding.Based on short circuiting fuzzy control research requirements,CO 2 inverter arc welding rectifier and short circuiting fuzzy control hardware system are completed.According to fuzzy control theory and a lot of experimental results in CO 2 welding,short circuiting fuzzy control software system is designed.Application of CO 2 welding for carbon steel is studied by short circuiting fuzzy control system.
