摘　　要：介绍一种ＩＧＢＴ双逆变方波交流ＴＩＧ焊机主电路的基本结构和工作原理，提出了一次逆变电流负反馈与门限综合控制焊机恒流特性的方法和二次逆变引弧控制方法。试验表明，该焊机在空载电压４５Ｖ、焊接电流≥１５Ａ时可稳定焊接铝合金。The paper proposes the basic structure and principle of the main circuit of IGBT AC TIG welder with douple inverted square wave.The primary inversion is designed as both negative current feedback and threshold sythetic control system to keep current constant.The secondary inversion is used for controlling the arc starting.Experiment shows the welder can weld AL alloy steadily under non loaded voltage 45V and welding current≥15A.
