对俄罗斯、葡萄牙艺术体操大赛的思考

摘　　要：2007年既是国际体联艺术体操技委会重新颁布了《艺术体操07-08年国际评分规则》的首次实施年,同时也是集体项目规定五人绳操成套动作的首次竞技实践。因此,"两新"即"新规则"、"新项目"成为俄罗斯、葡萄牙世界杯两大系列赛的关注点。通过比赛,发现参赛队在成套动作编排和对最新规则的理解实施方面出现的问题和不足;中国队在集体项目上的优势,以及在单项上与世界艺术体操强国水平之间的巨大差距,并提出切实可行的改进措施。2007 is the first year to implement the ＂2007 -2008 International Scoring Rule for Rhythmic Gymnastics＂ reissued by the Rhythmic Gymnastics＇Technical Committee of International Gymnastics Association as well as the year for the first competitive practice of the whole set of five - people rope dancing stipulated by the group exercises. As a result, the ＂double new＂ , namely the new rule and the new event have become the focus of Russian and Portuguese world cups this year, during the matches, on the one hand, referees are more exact, fair and strict in the interpretation and execution of the new rule; on the other hand, entrants display various problems and shortcomings on the layout of the whole set of action and the interpretation of the new rule. The ranking of Chinese teem in the Russian and Portuguese great matches makes people pleased first , but worried later; Chinese team＇s competitive edge in the group exercises, to a certain degree, has been improved but a huge gap still exists between world powers of rhythmic gymnastics and Chinese rhythmic gymnastics. Enough attention should be paid to this situation and workable and practical measures for improvement should be proposed to realize the goal of achieving historical breakthroughs in the group exercises of Chinese rhythmic gymnastics.
